This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] by and between [Licensee Name or Organization] ("Licensee") and [IFOX BROWSER Software Company Name] ("Licensor").

1. License Grant

Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the IFOX BROWSER software ("Software") for personal use only, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

2. Use Rights

2.1. Licensee may use the Software solely for personal use.

2.2. Licensee shall not sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

3. Branding and Distribution

Licensee shall not use the Software under its own brand name or any other brand name, and Licensee is prohibited from distributing or marketing the Software.

4. Term of License

This Agreement shall remain in effect for the term specified in the end-user license agreement of the Software, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.

5. Termination

5.1. This Agreement may be terminated by Licensor in the event of Licensee's breach of this Agreement.

5.2. Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease using the Software and delete all copies of the Software.

6. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

6.1. The Software is provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees.

6.2. Licensor shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of the Software.

7. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or commitments related to the use of the Software.
